Conditions of SaleEffective March 2025 1. Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance and will expire thereafter, unless revoked prior to that date.2. Any additional work or modifications requested after the quote has been issued may result in a price adjustment.3. Full payment must be received before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed.4. Cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the total invoiced value.5. Custom orders are non-refundable.6. Meshcore Pty Ltd limits its liability arising from Goods not meeting the specification under the contract or which are said to be otherwise defective or deficient, to the cost of replacement of those goods as soon as reasonably practicable, or the repair of those Goods.7. Meshcore Pty Ltd retains title to the goods supplied until payment is received in full.8. Meshcore Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline to supply the goods if there are any events or circumstances beyond its control.9. You must inspect the goods upon delivery and notify Meshcore Pty Ltd in writing of any problems, defects, or discrepancies with the order or goods within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.10. Failure to notify Meshcore Pty Ltd within this 48-hour period will be deemed as acceptance of the goods in their delivered condition, and no claims will be considered for any issues, defects, or discrepancies thereafter.11. You are responsible for ensuring that adequate and accurate drawings are provided to Meshcore Pty Ltd to facilitate the correct estimation and delivery of goods.12. Meshcore Pty Ltd estimates reinforcement quantities based on drawings provided by the customer. Meshcore Pty Ltd will not be liable for any shortages of material arising from overuse, site wastage, or discrepancies in the drawings. In the event of a shortage, additional goods will be supplied as soon as reasonably practicable after payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.13. A service fee applies to credit card payments.
